Municipal LAw

From the Brown Act to the General Plan, cities and counties have a variety of rules they must follow as they fulfill their obligations to their constituents and implement their goals.

LAnd Use

The Housing Element Law, Surplus Lands Act, and CEQA are just a few of the laws that govern development in California and that can throw a wrench in planning if not implemented correctly.

Non-Profit LAw

To operate legally, non-profits must create bylaws, file articles of incorporation, and submit tax documents annually.
